This EIC helps the contractor to complete the necessary documentation in an efficient manner by recording the information in only 2 pages.
 
The new single signature Electrical Installation Certificate for a single circuit supplying an electric vehicle charging point simplifies the documentation for the vast majority of electric vehicle charging points. This Certificate halves the number of pages necessary to complete the certificate and conforms to the model Certificate in Appendix 6 of BS 7671: 2018+A2: 2022.
